The good thing with Victoria's Secret is that there is always a sale whether it's before the holidays or not. If you really want the lower, lower prices then I would wait after the holidays for Victoria's Secret. By the way try ordering the catalog because there are more sales in the catalog then in the store or online sometimes. Make sure you get the catalog ofen so that you keep up with the sales and clearance items. I have been getting the catalogs for years now, and they seem to have some of the best deals ever. Good luck!!!

I too love Vicki's clothes. I get a catalog like every 2 weeks and have been for more than 3 years now. I have noticed that if you wait until the next season, a lot of the items go on sale or clearance. Then you can rack up. Once, I waited a year for an expensive dress to go on sale and finally got it-- saving 70%. And, if you get the catalog, they sometimes have special prices and special deals you can't get from the online store. The only problem with waiting is the chance that the item you want may be out of stock in your size or completely by the time you get ready to order. If you just love, love, love the item(s) and don't want to take that chance, buy now, but if you wait you'll more than likely get a better price.

Usually just before Christmas if it's a bad sales year (they'll drop prices way low to get people to buy) or right after, if it's holiday stuff. I'd say before, for victoria's secret, they will be having 'gift' type things that will be more later in the year or not available at all after the holiday.

I have always found the best sales after Christmas but it may be different in different locations. Around here it seems like products get marked up for big holiday earnings.

Black friday is one day that is good. If your in Canada the day after Christmas (known as boxing day) has some AMAZING Sales (almost as good as black friday). Usually the best sales are in store, not online. VS has sales after the holliday. Used to be on the 26th of DEC, but last year it was moved to Jan 4th

used to work in corporate for retail company...after might be best - stores are trying to get rid of their holiday quantity to make room for the incoming Spring line. They are not going to markdown items before the holidays because they can make more money because people will buy items at full price - as a company, your gross margin will be higher (you'll make more money) if people buy things at full price - and there's no reason to mark down your items because you'll have buyers regardless...
