Do you think its sincere chivalry from a guy that opens your door or carries something heavy for you?

If chivalry ain't dead it's wounded badly. Gloria Steinem dealt it a severe injury back in the '70s, and feminists everywhere keep pulling the stitches out. If guys are still opening doors and carrying packages, they may have ulterior motives because chivalry has all but bled out.

No I don't think so ,but it's most likely in a different form than it was back then.Oh, the extra part as well right? then it is considered chivalry because it's just plain polite, right? it's not dead, just in a different form than way back then, some men try to keep there proper respect. It is the best way for good first impression.lol question!

Yes for the most part and that is very sad! However I have someone who still opens doors and carries things for me and I'm thankful when he does. I hope it's sincere, I wouldn't want a fake!

No, because in today's society we all think that you'd do it just because we want to have sex with us. I don't think chivalry is dead but just hard to find and when it is found, it's not taken seriously.
