The X-men vs Superman does really rely on which X-men line up is being used, but one of the most common factors is Professor Xavier. And Prof. X is the deciding factor here. It doesn't matter how strong Superman is (two billion tons of lifting capacity, not combat utilized strength), Xavier has shut down powerhouses, stripped strong egos from powerful men, and forcibly cut people off from their powers. And since psychics weaker then Xavier have effected Clark's mind Big Blue goes down. Even if Professor Xavier can only cut off Superman from his powers, the rest of the X-men could take Kent down.
Beast vs Spider-man is a battle of similarities. Both are strong, with Pete taking the advantage. Agility is a toss up, again slightly favoring Spider-man. Intelligence is a moot point... Petey is a creative and inventive genius, while Hank is a doctor and intellectual genius. Both have years of combat experience with neither claiming a real advantage.... Both prattle on while fighting but Spidey just never shuts up.... I score this one for Peter "Spider-man" Parker. His constant yammering would throw Hank "The Beast" McCoy off his game.

Yea, we had that same argument. Superman of course. All he'd have to do is reverse time like he did in the first movie when Lois Lane died. He could go back to before those guys were even born. Or just throw those guys into outer space. No contest there guys.
With Beast vs Spidy. If we're talking the comics or cartoons, Beast would win. Spidy was always running out of web mid flight. If we're talking the movie, then the winner would be Spiderman hands down.

Supes could easily kill off the entire X team if he wasn't such a boyscout.
And I'll explain why: According to the DC Universe Supes can lift well over 200,000,000 tons, and survive in the vacume of space. So, for any idiot out there still saying that the Hulk can beat Superman, let alone the X-Men, is just being ignorant. Yes, the Hulk get stronger when angrier, but so what? By the time he could even reach the 1,000,000 ton mark Supes has already beaten the crud outta him.
Then he has his Heat Vision (deadly lasers), his Super Breath (Tornado force), Invulnerability (sorry Wolvie, your adamantium claws just can't cut him), Superspeed (faster than a speeding bullet and all that crap which can pretty much outstrip any of Marvel's speedsters - sorry Quicksilver and Northstar, you ain't catching up to him in your lifetime), and his advance alien intelligence.
Spidey could physically take down the Beast, but I kinda have to give Hank credit in the brains department.

I'd see Wolverine Ultimate winning that fight, only because the guy can heal quickly and come back for more. Supes would get injured and while healing, Wolverine would obviously attack when he could, and finish off Superman at some point or another.
Beast and Spiderman?
Come on! Spidey may have a slight few advantages on ol' web head, but Beast has not only strength and agility, as well as a superior intellect, but also many more years of battle experience on the friendly neghborhood you-know-what.
Now get back to work!

nicely, you interestingly already have an answer on your question in ideas. however the reality is those days there is not very plenty distinction between the two through fact the writers, inkers, and artists do sequence for the two companies. There was a distinction, while ask your self first challenged DC's dominance back interior the 60's. ask your self had greater effective artists, Jack Kirby and greater effective writers Stan Lee, and greater real looking eventualities etc., further and further effective heroes. It become inevitable that DC had to respond. So Now the two universes have remodeled heroes and new heroes and since the writers, artists, inkers, etc. all crossover there is not plenty that is diverse. in line with possibility you're thinking of DC's tendency to create characters who stay away from handing over the dying blow as adversarial to ask your self's characters who're generally dark and deadly. i don't understand.

Well, webhead is at least equal in agility and speed to Hank McCoy. He is stronger than the Beast and has his spidersense. Also, that webbing is stronger than steel. Beast really has no chance there.
Superman VS X-men: Which X-men ?? Actually, it doesn't really matter that much. With Professor X and Marvel Girl Supes has no chance. He wouldn't even know who to attack first. And, since he would wait until they attacked, he would never get a blow in. If you throw Wolverine, Storm or Magneto into the mix the fight gets even worse for the man of steel. At the very least, Xavier could hold him still, read his mind and find out where some kryptonite was located. Gets pretty ugly after that. Magneto never starts a battle without knowledge of the enemy. I'm guessing he could manipulate kryptonite like other metals. I've always felt that Marvel has never used Storm to her ful protential. She could destroy half the planet if you really got down to it. If you are talking Phoenix or Dark Phoenix it wouldn't even be a fight. Unlike, the poor excuse of a Phoenix in X-men: The Last Stand, Phoenix would, well.......it would hurt.
And, I really like superman-even though he is a boyscout. X-men vs Batman. I think of that as a better fight as The Dark Knight would have as much data about them as money could buy. He might need two utility belts, but, he would be darn hard to kill. Man, I'm really rambling.

If you are saying all X-men vs. the lone Superman, then I'd have to say X-men.
Of course, Dark Phoenix can handle Superman by herself.
Regarding Beast vs. Spiderman, it should be clear that Spiderman can easily handle Beast since he is stronger and more agile.
