is what they say..... but seems like we are all waiting on something. Just like the other saying "Patience is a virtue". I think some parent came up with both of those sayings while they were on a trip with their kids and got tired of hearing the kids ask "are we there yet"

Definitely! I was 40 when I met my fiance, the best guy in the world!! I waited all that time (living in hell while waiting, tho) and look where it got me!
Just wait awhile, live a good life, and your time will come.

The waiting should be over.....it should have taken just a couple of minutes after you were born to open your eyes and see your mother's beautiful face looking at you!

If you added some effort along with that wait then maybe it'll happen later of tommorrow. You don't get a damn thing if there was no effort and I'm still waiting.

seems when it gets to the good, it gets run over by the freight train of life---keep waiting for the next bend, bound to turn up...

I always say that too, however even when something good happens something bad happens right behind it so I have to start all over again.
