I remember with my son i had morning sickness within 2 weeks of conception and now that I am trying again, I keep looking out for signs. So when was the earliest you noticed signs of your pregnancy?

I was about 6 weeks pregnant when I started feeling my symptoms. I had a loss of appetite, my breasts were sore and I was really tired all the time. My morning sickness started a week later. I was at a restaurant that I usually like and I didn't like how it smelled. That's when I knew I needed to take a test. I couldn't handle it. I was throwing up for the next 11 weeks after that (everyday!). I'm so glad that part of my pregnancy is long gone (knock on wood)!

About 4-5 days before my period was due. I started to sleep a lot and my breasts were sore and a bit swollen. Overall, it seemed a lot like the usual PMS symptoms, except I wasn't crabby.

Mine was sore and swelling breasts and tiredness. They both came about 3-4 days before my missed period.
