I am assuming you are asking how to build your own workbench.

I did one by bolting a 6x6 beam horizontally to the wall to make a back edge. I then made the rest of the frame (front and two sides) from 2x6 and bolted them to two 6x6 front legs and to the back beam. That gave me the edges of the workbench.

I then cut 2x4s to the depth of the bench and stood them on the narrow edge to check that I had enough. Then I drilled a half inch hole toward the front and back of each one. Next I got two half inch wide rods and ran them through all the holes to make the top. I bolted them tightly and had a strong top. I put the top onto the frame and bolted it down.

That made a good strong bench that can hold anything.

I suggest that you go back to first grade and learn how to write sentences.
