I sprained my left ankle 10months ago. but it still hurts. I am in New York now. Can anyone recommend the right place I can get good treatment and the cost ? I want to have MRI examination too. I had a xray but the result was ok. But i went to acupunture and physiotherpay. but it is going for such a long time and i wanna get it fixed right away. Where is the Good place to go in New york?

I hurt my ankle several times and with babysitting and other things ended up at the rheumatologist. Now I have two ankles that are deformed and they cant figure out what is happening. At least the right and left match now.

I am going through this right now too. If you went to physical therapy, keep going and keep using that theraband. It's not fun to go through this, is it? As for the other questions, I really don't think I can help, but hang in there!
