I need to buy a new laptop?

I need to use photoshop programs on it although I don't want to store much on it - any suggestions

Toshiba.

Earlier "Dell" was mentioned. My girlfriend had a brand new Dell, and had many, many problems. Y'know their commercials "Dude, you're getting a Dell!" ...the saying around here is, "Dude, you're getting a Dud!"
