Anger has been found in epidemiological, clinical, and empirical reports to be a prominent symptom of traumatic exposure. The best point of view, is to always be looking towards the good or positive side of any even or thing. An optimistic person ( looking always at good things) will attract good vibes too , because as the saying goes,"When you smile the whole world smiles back at you." There is always something positive in any given situation, no matter how "bad" it looks. Try to look for this "something" and life will be happy for you. A positive perception will attract success. Think of the glass of water as half full , instead of hall empty.
