I like most democratic ideas, and I don't see why they are so hated from certain people. I really don't get the venom. Yes having an opinoin is fair, but geez. Do people really hate other people because of their opinion or are people not being as serious as I think.

There's too much nastiness in general on this board.
Why do we expect our leaders to work together and deliver when we can't even have a halfway civil discussion here? Are our politicians such better people? Hardly.
We all need to look in the mirror.

when you are a kid and a bully you get repremanded. when you get older and still act like a 12 yr old playground bully the neoconservatives adopt you and put you on a tv show. if you know anything about pelosi she will do a great job but she isn't a miracle worker. i can't belive neoconservatives stoop so low as to insult her appearance because her record is impeccable. there is a marketing ploy the neocons use to their favor based on fear (FUD -- fear, uncertainty, doubt -- when you get flyers in the mail -- oh oh hurricanes! better get a new roof now!). of course fear turns to hatred. when its the national press and congress and even the president (bush is the first president to openly use hatred of groups of people to boost his ratings and gain votes -- the sad part is it appeared to work) start doing it i just don't get it.

I agree with you 100%. I don't think democrats are going to become America a third world country or something.
Clinton was democrat and we were really good with him. I think all this hate to democrats is just IGNORANCE from some people.

Their OPINION as you put it kills babies and old people and legalizes the disordered practice of homosexuality leading our young people into thinking there is nothing wrong with this behavior. The frustration you see with people who do not like Democrats is in direct correspondence to the animosity perpetrated by the Democrats.
