You could be pregnant (I know you practiced safe sex the last time you did it, but what about all the times before that?).

Or you could be having a crappy week, a slight case of the flu, mild depression, or PMS because you ovulated earlier than you thought. There's a lot of things that can make you more sensitive and sweaty.

If your period is late this month, take a pregnancy test. That's step one. If it is positive, then you'll know what the cause of this was. If it's negative, and you don't start feeling better soon, talk to your doctor. (Obviously if it's positive, talk to your doctor as well.) Best of luck.

This could be one of two things. Since you are sweaty, overemotional, and have sensitive nipples, you might just have a hormonal flucuation (not scientific term). It is very normal. You won't experience this every month, but since you are about to start your period, I would take it as that. If this persists, I would look into anxiety attacks, but if it is this, your symptoms will change. You will feel that there is a weight on your chest (and you can't breathe), your heart rate will increase or you will have heart palpitations (irregular heartbeats), and you will go from angry to sad very quickly. If it is anxiety, it is not permanent and either anit-depressants or anxiety medication can quickly take care of the problem.
