Is anyone else starting to get annoyed with Madonna?

Ok shes one of the 21st century greatest artists but really the music, the films, the adoptions, the political stuff and now she wants to direct films because her husband does?! I think she might be exposing herself abit too soon after adopt-baby-gate?

Ok, when Madonna first hit the big time I was 9 years old. At first I thought it was just jealousy that had me annoyed by her - now I realise that she's just a player and THAT is what's annoying me. E.g. "oh, look at me, I'm into S&M" 15 years' ago, when I bet she's never had so much as a paddle on her rear end (I bet a good spanking would have sorted her out back then - and before). And now it's all bleedin' Kaballah and babies and ripping off Abba songs.

While I fully admit that some of her songs are GREAT tunes, I'm laying the praise on the producers that she's been fortunate to work with, because that's who has done the hard work.

She'sjust lucky because she can do anything she wants as she has the money. If she was a nobody she would never be able to direct films as no one would have heard of her. She is just takingadvantage of her celebrity status and her money because she can and because shes probably bored. Whether shes one of the 21st centuries greatest artists is debatable. I thought Whos that Girl was her last good album and the rest have been a pile of sh*t and if she had done some of her latest stuff first of all she wouldn't have got anywhere another case if an artist making cr*p music because they know people will buy it because of who they are.

I used to love her immensley but these days i cant stomach her at all i just turn over every time she on i think it might be the toime for madge to bow out and take a back seat and as for directing she was crap at acting so why would she even want to she should just sit back and let her hubby get to grips with what he does best

I get so annoyed with most celebrities due their self-absorption, and their propensity to anything to get attention and look socially conscious. But never fear--they will stop adopting African kids because it's trendy and makes them look good, and move on to some other trendy, attention-getting thing. I just try to ignore them. But it's hard unless you become a hermit!

the adoption of the baby was a publicity stunt to get her on the front pages again as she's not had many hits for a while.
so let her direct movies means we don't have to listen to her sing anymore.

It's publicity, the media has nothing else to report on . . It's like k-fed and the Britnay divroce. . I don't care there are more important issues going on in the world. "Celebrities" are going to do whatever they want regardless of what the public thinks, it's called MONEY.
