For the past 3 years or so I have been really into the Cobain case. Everytime I read more and more, I am brought to the conclusion that this is impossible to have been a suicide. It funny cause I was never really a big fan of Nirvana, I liked some of thier music, but I am completly intrigued by this case. My personal opinion is his so called wife had him killed for his money, because he wanted a divorce and custody of their child and she was jealous of his fame and success. Face it...Hole was never as big as Nirvana then or now. So what does everyone think? Am I alone?

i agree with those of you who say that he should be left alone and this all be over. But if it was a murder, I also believe that the murderer should be brought to justice. How would you feel if this was your child or husband or brother, etc. and 12 years later the case still goes unsolves?

If u r so interigued I recommend u watch the documentary "Kurt & Courtney" 1998. It will let u know alot more about the case and the many theories around it
As for me I think she had him killed; the movie said that the weapon had no fingerprints on it, he had so much Heroin in his system too. Perhaps u know already that a guy on Heroin can't harm a fly not to mention kill himself. The suicide note is also very suspecious; looks like someone added things that were not previously there. He was actually writing about his decision to quit the music business

I was a big fan of Nirvana back at the day they announced his death. It was very shocking for me
He was on the verge of separation with his bandmates as well as with her. He was about to get a divorce and she coulda been left with nothing if this was to happen. She actually had a few million reasons to kill him
and look at her now, she's sooo over; totally sold out and Melissa walked way on her. Pathetic!! I read in the last Newsweek that she sold her stake in the Nirvana catalogue and published her diaries; maybe u could check them out too

I was a huge Nirvana fan, and I don't think we'll ever really know what happened exactly.
Two things I've always been curious about is -
#1 Courtney stayed in L.A. when Kurt went missing - surely if your husband is missing/possibly hurt etc you would head straight back to Seattle and do everything you could do look for him, not just send some private investigator.
#2 Kurt's credit card was used after his death - by whom?

It is hard to tell I don't think courtney did it herselfbut if it was murder i do believe she had someone do it. If you read the evidence and how he was shot it would be of been impossible to shoot himself in the mouth with a shotgun his arm would of had to be unnormally long to do that and secondly they found a triple overdose of heroin in his body, there is no possible way someone who has had a overdose of heroin to pick up a shotgun and kill theirselves because they would be unconsious so I think after he had od on heroin then he was shot but the real question is did he die from the gunshot or from the overdose, if the overdose then it would of been accidental suicide but if it was the gun shot then yes it was murder.

Suicide....... I say this from a drug addicts' stand point...I liked Kurt. He knew things about me that he never realized he knew. Yeah Courtney may have been jealous of his fame & fortune, doesn't mean she would kill him. "We" are our biggest ememies.

Seriously? Leave the poor man alone. If he was murdered, then it was tragic and unwarranted. If he committed suicide, he did it for a reason, so let it be. stop prying into such a personal matter. I'm offended

i love kurt... in my opinion... being a recovering heroin addict... I'm guessing that her was dope sick..(in withdrawls) when courtney never came home... i'm guessing this has happened before in their relationship... and he just gave up... being dope sick is a trip in it's own way... your thoughts are morbid... and you are very depressed... so i believe he commited suicide
