1- batman with preparation time vs. regular spidey = batman
batman with preparation time vs. Iron Spidey = Iron Spidey
(Iron Man made him a new suit)
batman without preparation time would lose to both versions of spiderman.
2- superman vs. regular spidey = superman
superman vs. Iron Spidey = Iron Spidey (a very tough fight)
3- Fantastic four regardless of the x-men's lineup (the regular fantastic four, not stand ins). Any one of them would be more than a match for the x-men except possibly reed richards unless he had preparation time where he could make inventions and weapons- then he would win hands down.

Batman and Superman would both kick the snot out of Spiderman. If it came down to Batman vs. Superman, I would have to say Superman. Batman has superior weapons, but Superman is just waaaaay stronger and would smash the Bat-Toys like nobody's business.
And the Fantastic 4 are so much cooler than the X-Men.

Spiderman is way more cool than Batman. Superman is too perfect and boring.
I liked the Fantastic 4 in the old sixties comics but the movie was no where as good as the X men movie.

Batman = Gadgets, Spiderman = scientific knowledge
Superman = S*x on legs but then again so is spiderman
x-men or fantastic 4, it'll have to be Fab 4 for mr Stretch who can stretch any part of his anatomy - *Big cheesy smile*

batman vs spiderman =
Batman is way cooler. He's got the car, he's mysterious, and he doesn't shoot webs out of his hands.
superman vs spiderman =
Aww come on, superman can fly! Way better!
X-men vs Fantastic 4 =
Well, since the thing always kind of freaked me out, and all Mr. Fantastic's got is "strechiness", I think the X-men are better.

Batman is the coolest.
Superman would beat the snot out of Spiderman (& did, in the first DC/Marvel crossover).
The FF would probably take care of the X-Men, due to Reed's intelligence.

Here's the deal...Batman is not a "Super" hero...he's a regular guy with "Super" gadgets. He's cool and really helpful, but doesn't really have any special abilities. Now, Wolverine, in my opinion is definitely the best "Bad-***" Super hero, total "he-man"! However, as far as special abilities go, I'm gonna have to go with "The Man of Steel. Superman, can do the most, and only has one vulnerability. I've got totally too much time on my hands!

Spiderman is a true hero...pfft. Batman? Superman? ...they have nothing on Peter Parker. He saves New York for the sake of helping others and has a true heart and emotional side that he lets in...can't say the save for the others.
As far as groups go X-men beats them all. nuff said.

Spidey is the coolest. Supes is the best, sorry Spidey. The FF would win out over the Xmen. Reed would build a device to locally nuetralize their powers, then they just worry about Wolvies claws. Reed will just stretch, He can't reach the Torch, Sue will have a force field up in no time (and one around his head) and you can bet the Thing isn't about to let Wolvie lay his claws on Aunt Petunia's favorite nephew EVER again.
