Even die-hard liberals on Alternet are acknowledging that there were election issues. I'm not sure 'rigged' is the right word, but it was certainly flawed in terms of voter suppression, poll worker confusion, and machine malfunctions.

Let me put it to you this way
1. I'm a native of Florida. I was living and voting in Florida when President "Dush" was elected and the TRUTH is: they were actually finding Democratic votes in dumpsters(garbage cans) in my county and other counties.... this is a FACT. deal with it
Those of you NOT from Florida where this horsesh*i*t was taking place have no idea what your talking about.
So I dont want to hear any of you New yorkers or Californians telling me what was taking place in my state and my county during that crooked voting scandal understood? because you dont know jack you werent even there.
I WAS ACTUALLY THERE while it was taking place! so shut your distant, uninformed holes OK...thank you. Sorry to say it but your parties crooked and it has been from the very beginning of this BS fiasco called the Bush administration.
2. The Republicans have shown their true colors anyone ballsy enough to call themselves a Republican should be ashamed and sickened by their parties tactics
3. The people have spoken deal with it. Your party stinks they flubbed it up because they are incompetent morons period! osama is winning(unfortunately) AND Iraq is a cesspool of terrorism FAR worse then it ever was.
Buh Bye Rumsfeld! Buh Bye Republican Senate!! buh bye Bush!!! THANK GOD!!!! its about time
have a nice day!

Well when you have republicans calling up registered democrates and making up false statements by telling them that their voting destination has changed or that they are not correctly registered to vote in order to shift the voting in the republican favor, then you almost have to question "What else republicans are doing" to illigally alter the votes.
I don't care if someone votes for one side or the other, because thats their choice, but when people do stuff like that it just deminishes all republican reputations.

It seems they completely agree with the legitimacy of the elections, they have no questions, no doubts and certainly have not requested any recounts, nor have they dispatched any of their lawyers to review polling place cards, numbers, & totals.
Hmmmmm.

Unfortunately, there were still many instances of voter suppression and questionable problems with the voting machines.
It speaks well that the Dems won in spite of those. The problems are being investigated, so we don't have the same legal questions in 2008.

Republicans use suppression, democrats use fraud. This year fraud beat suppression.
