Well a couple months ago my left testicle started hurting and over time it has gotten worse. It feels like worms attached to my left testicle. Eww. So i was brave and told my stepmom becuase we are pretty close. It's been too months and she keeps saying shes gonna make an appointment but it never happened. I already like told her I REALLY need to go but she keeps putting it off. Any suggestions

It sounds like you have an inguinal hernia, which could be very serious. Either that or testicular cancer, but you didn't mention anything about it feeling heavier or larger. Either way you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. If it is an inguinal hernia, it can be fixed with a fairly simple surgery. What is dangerous about the hernia is that you can develop sepsis in your abdomen and that could kill you. I hope for your sake that you can see a doctor soon and also that it is not cancer!
edit: you do need to make sure your parents understand how serious this could be!

Since she is prone to procrastination, take yourself to the nearest emergency room and get it looked at. While it may be a minor problem that could clear up, I am goign to suspect it is a bit more serious and requires a doctor to offer proper treatment. My reason is that your pain has persisted and even grown worse rather that easing off. The emergency room may not treat you without a parent's consent but by going you are going to get her or another parent to act since they cannot ignore you and the doctors in the ER.
Oh, and so you get attention from the ER staff, please feel free to go in slightly bent forward and holding your hand down there to support your testicles. It might look silly and be a bit embarassing but what the heck; you need the problem checked out and the sooner the better.

First of all, women don't seem to understand these kinds of male problems. Tell your dad, or make the appt yourself. Do it now. This is a serious situation that happened to my cousin and could result in infertility. Luckily, it is easily fixed when you see a specialist.
