Im having trouble pulling it back. Is it just a case of pulling it back more often and it'll loosen up?

This is all in relation to sex

Foreskin is nature's way of protecting the glans/head from chafing against fabrics and drying out so it's normal position is extended forward enough to cover as much as possible of the head.

For cleaning, the foreskin should be retracted to fully expose the head and should be stretched down the shaft suffiient to clean the underside of the foreskin itself.

When putting on a condom, the foreskin is normally retracted just far enough so any excess is kind of lodged behind the head. As the condom is rolled on, this extra skin is more or less trapped and held in place to prevent the condom riding up and down with loose skin.

For playing around, one might want to retract the foreskin fully toward the body thus heigthening the sensation from it being pulled taut.

If your ofreskin is really tight it may not retract as far as it might if it were loosened up a bit. A really tight foreskin often will not even retract to expose the head and some serious stretching (possibly with the aid of topical steroid creams) will be necessary to loosen it up. A mildly tight foreskin may expose all or most of the head but may not extend very far down the shaft. In this case, simply repeating retracting and pulling a little more each week or so, should prove beneficial. Note that any stretching is often more fun and easier to do while soaking in a nice hot bath.

You should be able to pull your foreskin so the entire glans (penis head) is exposed. If you pull it any further back it just rolls into the shaft skin and basically just becomes a part of it, which it kind of is.

If you're having troubles pulling it all the way back (meaning you can expose the whole glans) then you can try stretching exercises. Take two fingers and stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening. It's a little hard to describe and may take a few tries to get right. Do this exercise for a few minutes each day and after several weeks to a month, it should be loose enough that you'll have no troubles.

If, however, it's still too tight to pull back, there are some prescription creams that'll help when used with the exercises. Basically, just moving the foreskin around will loosen it up over time. It's important not to cause pain or discomfort, as that could make things a lot worse.

past the head is just the bare MINIMUM> When I had my foreskin I used to pull it all the way back. problem was it was too damn loose - & it refused to STAY BACK during sex. It would keep rolling back over the glans when I wanted the head exposed. I had to take it off to free up my prickhead . What a liberation !!!!

Don't go any further!!! not unless you want to tear the skin!! It is attached all the way up the side of the penis to just below the head.
