i am now almost 13 i have size 56 Aon my bra but my nipples are realy stikken out and wean my nippels get cold thay go realy small and then back to normal then thay go big again

Your body is reacting normally for your age and the weather conditions so don't worry about that.If you are only an A cup the best thing might be a sports bra,they give you support and cover up any embarrassing moments you might have. Best if you can go to a good dept store and be measured properly to get at least one proper fitting bra,and don't be embarrassed,they see all ages,shapes and sizes.

I take it you are REALLY overweight. Get a padded bra for your nipple problem. But you have GOT to lose some weight. You're only 12!! If you're a 56 now, you will be a 106 by the time you are 16.
You should be a 32-36. And no bigger.

You're not in the US, are you? Different countries do their bra sizes differently. In the US we use inches, I'm guessing the 56 refers to centimeters or some other scale. That's why people are thinking you're fat - if your chest was 56 inches around you'd be huge!
Talk to your mom or another older female you trust, you may need a different bra (perhaps a lightly padded bra) or it may be something you just have to get used to.

How tall are you?
How much do you weigh?
Do your breasts look big or average or small compared to other girls in your school?
Start with the height and the weight and we'll go from there....

Everybody's nipples change size when they get cold, regardless of bra size, age, or even sex (men get it too).
If you feel self-conscious, wear a padded bra, or a thicker shirt.

sorry to offend you but if you ar 56in then u hav a weight problem. a friend of mine is a size 22 clothes and is only a 38in.
as for your nipples, they will be like this as you go through puberty.

I suggest padded bras, the pokey nips are normal when it is cold :)
