25mg of Vitamin B6 three times a day. Emetrol and ginger anything...ginger ale, ginger snaps, ginger gum, ginger tea. Benedryl has also been shown to help nausea and is safe to take during pregnancy.

You should always call your dr with these types of questions. If you are feverish, you should take Tylenol as fevers can be harmful during pregnancy. You can try some Tums and see if that helps with your stomach. If not, I would call the dr and see if something else would be better. If it's the stomach flu, I've got bad news and good news. Bad news: there's nothing you can take, you just have to ride it out. Good news: your baby will be fine. It won't hurt them at all.

I woud call your doctor and ask the same exact question, because you never want to mess around with stuff like that. OBs are used to people calling about every tiny little thing, so don't worry about bugging them at times like this.

Your OB should be able to give you a list of medications that are safe for you to take.
