'Whip It' by Devo is a Halloween song?

I noticed on Wikipedia that it is considered to be Halloween-related, yet I couldn't find anything in the lyrics that would begin to suggest that was the case. So how do they figure that one?

Probably some random person entered that info under the wikipedia entry- i've never heard that before either.

Huh, I agree with you. I can't think of anything that sugests Halloween.
