The originals are lodge with the court at the time of trial. Copies go with the motion.

I wouldn't give the court the originals with the filing...if the court will accept copies with the motion and presumably there will be a hearing on the motion, I would bring the originals to the hearing. This way should any papers be misplaced you have the originals in court at the hearing. However, the court may not be having a hearing on the motion (deciding the motion on the pleadings) and the court rules may require the originals. So I would call the Clerk and ask. If however the court wants the originals with the filing, make sure you maintain copies of the exhibits and have them with you at the hearing.
