That should be a minimum sentence. Unfortunately, the murderer will probably be out in a few years. I'm not sure about the death penalty. Maybe for premeditated murder, serial killers, child killers etc. But people can get wrongly convicted. Look at the case of Stefan Kiszko for example. Sentenced to life in 1976, for the murder of an 11 year old girl, and pardoned in 1992 after 16 years inside. Recently another man has been charged with the girls murder after new DNA evidence, which wasnt available at the time of the murder, was discovered.

I don't believe in the Death penalty.
But I think sentence's should be like America.
Guilty verdicts on Murders 99yrs (even with remission)they would serve life.
Finally they should not be sent to Prison but as there is a few
UN-inhabited Islands near Scotland they could go there.
The same goes for Paedophiles the RAF could drop the some crops to live on (remember Pappion)
This will save the Taxpayer feeding them. The Prisoners now appear more com fordable than our old folks home and they have to use there life savings for the privilege.

I personally have always advocated the Indian system for crimes like this where the culprit is caught red handed as it is. The criminal is put in prison for ten years and then hanged. That way they "enjoy" a bit of each. This person is going to come out of prison more violent, bitter and twisted and it wont take any time before he does it again.

Death Sentence "YES"
We must by-pass the do-gooders.
The prisoner makes the choice, if the answer is yes, then the prisoner, can pay for taking a life, with theirs.
I for-one would have a little bit of respect 1% for the prisoner to have the courage, balls- to go for a yes.
If its a No, then life would mean life and no privileges what-so-ever for ever.
So many ramifications to this question.
Have a goodlife thank-you.

P.P.S. I would give 2% to the prisoner who donated their body parts.

this is a 2 year age hollow, there are various that exist that way. a lot of older childrens date 20-somethings. yet you act such as you are the right age to be his mom or some thing. you're 21, no longer 35. you're an identical age as him practically, like it or no longer. A 2 year age distinction is only noticable in undemanding college. this is different from you're an excellent 4th grader and he's a splash 2nd grader. you're the two youthful adults.
