I stopped watching the show after the rest of the original cast left in 1980. I would guess either Chevy Chase, John Belushi or Bill Murray.

Steve Martin holds the record with the most hostings of Saturday Night Live - 14 total.
Alec Baldwin will tie him this Saturday, when he hosts SNL for his 14th time.
