Tell your sons to zip it or you'll knock their butts out.
Then tell your daughter that, short of God, she can be anything she wants to be. Remind her that to be a doctor you have to go to school everyday and listen to your teachers and make good grades and stay out of trouble. When she brings it up, encourage her. If her idiot brothers make a snotty comment tell her to tell them not to worry that even when she's a famous, rich doctor that she will still make time to give them both brain transplants.
And don't forget...she's 7. Next year she may want to be a ballet dancer or an astronaut or a chef.

Good, start saving money for college, it won't be cheap. Wouldn't it be nice to prepay for college on a 7 year old today at today's rate? Interesting concept.

If she can get into medical school then she won't have any problems paying for it. Banks will be knocking down her door offering her loans, because they know that she'll be able to pay them back.

Well, considering that she knows what she wants to be, the best you can do is support her all the way.
