You're at a party at an aquaintance's house and you're having stomach problems. You use the toilet, and a blow out occurs. Upon flushing the toilet, it begins to back up, certain to overflow onto the floor...

I'd tell him that the poo was already there when I got into the bathroom, and I was just flushing the toilet before I used it......when in doubt, ALWAYS blame the person who was there before you........

Well if I am at a friends party I would try to stop the overflow and then go find the friend and tell them I made a mess and need to clean it up.I could never blame someone else for my own mistakes.Yes it would be embarrassing but friends wouldn't try to cause you any further embarrassment.Then I would go and have a big drink and have some more fun.Remember sh.....t happens all the time just go with the flow and forget about it.

Be honest and tell your aquiantance what happened and immediatly insist on cleaning it up. It was an accident, and the host should understand that toilets back up every day. Embarassing, yes. Icky, yes. But you'll come out the other end with respect for being honest. You may even get a chuckle out of it, especially if the party is boring.

Reach behind the toilet and turn the water off, then tell the host about the problem...I think they would greatly appreciate that...
