For example, in the Notebook, when the main character Allie, I think, smooshes an ice-cream cone on Noah's (her suiter) face and then laughs and kisses him while licking it off.

Teen movies from the '80s and '90s are great for these:

The very end of 16 Candles - the birthday cake on top of the dining room table

Breakfast Club - when Molly Ringwald's character gives her diamond earring to Judd Nelson's character (the tough guy)

Some Kind of Wonderful - "practicing" kissing

Mask - when Rocky teaches the blind girl colors

10 Things I Hate About You - when Heath Ledger's character seranades Julia Stiles, accompanyed by the marching band, then she flashes a teacher to get him out of detention

I love that scene in 10 Things I Hate About You when Heath Ledger is serenading Julia Stiles with the marching band - and then he's running through the bleachers dancing like Michigan T. Frog to get away from security - SO funny, and sweet!

A lot of great scenes have been mentioned. I also like the paintball scene in 10 Things I Hate About You (one of my favorite movies, haven't you guessed?:o)).

In Sliding Doors, when they're in the boat and Gwenyth tells John about the "momentary lapse in concentration". Also, the scene where he tells here how "my friend Anna thinks you're cute" and then he gets all flustered, and goes "Wait - your friend *Anna* thinks I'm cute?! I just blew 4.75 on the wrong girl!" (totally teasing her! :o) )

In 'A Walk to Remember', when Landon takes Jamie to the state line so that she is in "two" places at once. There are many other scenes, but I just thought that was cute because it was from her "list."
