No, St. Eligius is a fictional hospital. The building you see isn't even a hospital. It's an apartment building.

While the hospital doesn't actually exist, the good news is that the first season of St. Elsewhere is to be released on DVD the 28th of November. It was one of the all time best series on prime time television. I encourage all fans of the show to buy season one so the rest of them will be released.
