If you want to know about the evolution of multicellularity I'd suggest that Yahoo answers is probably not the best place to get the answer (particularly in the Religion and Spirituality section!). However, there are a number of theories (falling into three main categories: Symbiotic theory, Synctial theory and Colonial theory)- with colonial theory favored by most biologists. It suggests that DNA errors can cause cells to fail to separate after cell-division (the method of reproduction for single-celled organisms), leading to colonies. After time there can be cellular differentiation in colonies, leading to true multicellular organisms. Of course the actual mechanism is far more complicated that this - I'd suggest you do some University papers in cell biology if you want to understand it better....

"A" can be both because single-cell organisms can contain "organs" within the cell, sometimes called "organelles". These include mitochondria, ribosomes and others. The euglena is a single-celled organism that contains clorophyll, thereby producing energy from sunlight. So I say that all answers are "Both".

A:Multi. Organs are made of more than one cell.
B: Both. there are bacterias(Single celled) that can move on their own
C: Both. Besides plants(Multi celled) there are also some bacterias(prochlorobacteria) that can produce their own energy by using sunlight.
D: Both
