Do what my significant other does to me -- locks me naked in our backyard pillory for about four hours and invites all our friends over to tease and taunt me. With my neck and wrists completely immobile, it makes me a prime target for humiliation. Many pictures of me have been posted to various websites to make the degradation even more acute. On other occasions I've been buried from the neck down overnight and been forced to endure the indignity of a dog's life. These are tough but they could certainly be used without sexual overtones.

Well, I know what works for us. We had a pillory built in our backyard. Whenever one of us loses a bet, he or she has to stand in this old-time punishment device for a number of hours, either naked or in the clothes of the opposite sex, with our friends invited over to do some spirited teasing and taunting.
