they're misnamed as 'beans' because they kinda look like beans, yet they're the fruit of a tree. Yes....as is chocolate. All things on this earth are either animal, vegetable, or mineral. Since coffee and chocolate are not living breathing things, they are not animal. Since they are not mined from the earth, they are not mineral. Therefore they are vegetable. EAT YOUR VEGGIES.
