one shot two shot three shot floor or stage in this caseBUT REALLY try not to focus on the people pratice alot when your at home or in front of people who do not make you nervous then when you on stage pretend like you at home and no one is there i mean when you were a little kid when no one was around you were dancing around in your own little world on stage right well flip it pretend your that little kid again and no one is around then take control of the stage like you know you can its all in your mind don't be nervous

Well myself being an actor I find it good to be a little nervous, actually a lot nervous. It is when I am not nervous that things go wrong. Some of the best entertainers in the world have tremendous stage fright. It is good to be nervous. Sometimes if I get too nervous a little drink like a quick shot of whisky, tequila vodka etc helps take the edge off. But if you are under 21 just be nervous it is part of the fun. Take care. Break a leg.

Stage fright is a natural thing. I have no way of getting rid of it for I myself never do when I go on stage or before a big group of people.

I'll give you a tip that I believe might work, for it worked for me yesterday when a group of kids in my class, including me, performed the first five or so scenes of our play with blocking done and such, in front of the other students. Just focus on yourself and the dance. You may still be nervous inside but if you keep focus off of the nerves and keep it on yourself then you will do a splendid job.

Here's the thing. You aren't a true actor and you don't know what you're doing unless you DO have nerves. If there aren't butterflies in your stomach, then you're not prepared and doing something wrong. Nerves are a natural reaction to an large audience. I have them EVERY time I get ready to go on stage, but, I don't let them bother me. Just don't let your erves get the best off you. Let them exist, but don't let them take over!!!

First of all I've had that feeling cause I am involved with theater. Try to take deep breaths and relax. You know the people want you to succeed and put on a good show. So I wouln't really worry about it cause if you're having fun the audience is having fun and that's the best feeling.

Most people are nervous before getting on stage (including me), usually it subsides when you get into/ focus on the piece. Relax and have fun with it.

push away the nerves and if you did your acting job well, you won't have to think about it while you're putting on the show. Good luck!
