we need to know if the land lord can evict her or does she have rights to stay?i think she has rights but never been in that position myself, so dont really know...this is a serious question so no time wasters please!you can have your fun at less worrying questions! thank you.

they can not evict you if you pay your rent. losing your job is not a reason.

i think she can apply for the social to pay for her rent because she has lost her job but she will need to do it fast because they don't exactly go fast at these things!!!
she can but try!! but failing that talk to her landlord about the suituation especially if she isn't going to be out of work long!!

Talk with the landlord and see if something can be worked out. and find another job
