I'd suggest that you do it on something that you are familiar with. Do you play a musical instrument? Try doing it on that. You could talk about the parts of the instrument, nooted musiicians who play the instrument, great pieces of music that feature this instrument.

Alternatively, do a brochure on your town. Are there any notable buildings? Did anything of historiacal importance happen there? Were there any major natural disasters that affected the area?
If you were trying to convince someone to live in your town, what would you tell them about?
