What does it mean when the screen says Internet Explorer cannot connect to the web?

I have Windows Internet Explorer provided by Yahoo. Main problem seems to be inability to print photos from the web such as celebrity, some football, etc. that one can enlarge and print when they have the "printer icon" in upper left corner. TX

There can many reasons for the message "Internet Explorer cannot connect to the web" "

1. No internet connection

2. The privacy settings of your explorer is too high thus blockin the cookies of the web-site. Lower your privacy settings from

Tools>>Internet Options>>Privacy

3. You said that you are using IE 7 downloaded from Yahoo! This can be the problem too. Not all the web-sites over the internet support IE 7. They are still on the stage of evolution. If this is the case jus wait for a few months and im sure wont face this problem ever again.

When it says it can not connect, basically the wiring is bad or you dont have service anymore. Check the wiring to see if their is connection, then check end of plug connectors to see if they are broken or are missing metals. If so, go to Comp Usa, or so and buy a new internet connection cable. Hopefully all is well and works out with you. Have a great day! : )
