Nature’s Miracle should work. It is available at Petsmart. Make sure you follow the direction. The main reason that it fails is that people just sprays it on and wipe it up and not let it soak into the fabric like the urine did. You my need to do this 2 or 3 time. Just reminder that the urine treatment product needs to go where the urine went for it to work properly.
In my experience, Nature's Miracle is your best bet. Good luck!

Cleaning urine from a mattress is tough because it likely has seeped into the mattress. Enzyme products most likely won't work. Urine Contamination Treatment is an industrial product that is specifically designed to work on urine odors. It eliminates urine odors from clothing when you add it to the wash. You might try it on the mattress. Spray it liberally on the stain area. The product is available at Allsclean.com
The web site offers a information. You might find some help.

I used Fantastic w/ Oxyclean. Spray it on pretty heavily, let it soak in and then gently rub with a cloth to remove the stain. At first, I thought it wasn't working, but the next morning, it was totally gone! Odor was nearly gone, too. However, I have used baking soda for absorbing odors. Just sprinkle it on the spot, and let it sit for a while, then use the vacuum cleaner to suck it up.
Then go to Wal-Mart and buy a three dollar plastic sheet! I think it probably saved our mattress!

The best thing I have found to really remove the odor is Pine Sol. I would put a little on a sponge and add a little water, wipe the area where the urine smell is, let it air dry and you won't have the urine smell anymore. It works everytime. Great disinfectant...and deodorizer.

It's a little late now but on all beds use a mattress pad. On children's beds always use a plastic cover. They cost very little compared to a new mattress.
Mix up some oxyclean in a bowl and sponge it (not to wet) onto the spot to clean it.
You could also try vinegar and water.
My granddaughter had an accident on our New California King bed when it was a couple of months old. I sponged it with the vinegar and water mixture and took care of it all. But it was never SOAKED heavily.
Good Luck.

This may sound funny but go to Target and buy a "pet" ENZYME cleaner. You know, something that can be used on carpets to get out pet urine? The enzymes eat the bacteria away. I keep a bottle handy ALL OF THE TIME! With three kids it helps for that very thing............ I have even used it for vomit! Sometimes the kids can't make it to the bathroom before they get sick and some gets on the carpet............... enzyme cleaner works great every time!

If the mattress is soaked to the field spring that is going to take a lot more effective than lysol and solar to get rid of the smell. Throw it out and get a clean mattress and field spring with a water-resistant mattress pad. might want to you sleep on that mattress? Why might want to you're making your youngster?
