what would be better overall, loaded core duo macbook pro or base core 2 duo macbook pro?

i have a loaded core duo macbook pro 2ghz with 2gigs of ram and a 256MB X1600. Trying to figure out whether that would be faster overall than the stock 2.16 core 2 duo macbook pro with 1 gig og ram and 128MB X1600

If you add another gig of memory in core 2 - it will pass duo very nicely :).

I guess the one with less stuff on it... waste of time
