i dont know the guys name but i know a little story.....yrs ago the world record for lifting over your head was 499 lbs....we this guy tried and tried and tried to left 500lbs to beat the record, he just couldnt do it.....well i guess his manager told the weight guys to put 500 lbs on it in competition, the guy thought we was lifting 499lbs.....he did the lift and got the world record at that time....so its mind over matter.....i like that storry thought id share it
