Sure they dream. But the forms that thier mind creates would be nothing what you and I see.
They get a perception of the forms of thier everday life through touch. So that is all they have to formulate a personal perception of the shape and nature of things.

I think they probably do because if we talk about something that we have never seen before then we imagine it in our minds so blind people probably do the same but they have to imagine everything !

yea but as we actually can picture our dreams in images i believe that they will make a picture more on how thing's feel and smell and sound.
it's like you don't have third eye so you make do with the two you have.
