They won't respond to my e-mails and then they sent me to some bogus answering service when I called them. By the way I had to find the number on some random group site because they don't provide the number on their website.

Funny you ask that question! I ordered from them a month ago and JUST GOT MY ORDER 15 MINUTES AGO!
I emailed them sooo many times and got an automated response every time! I don't think you have anything to worry about because the same thing happened to me. :)
I have already tried the gloss I ordered and it is great! I would definitely order again, but I would know next time not to expect it in a hurry!
I read online that this complaint with ELF is very common, but once people get their orders they are very happy!
