Yeah, the mountains in Bulgaria always have a lot of snow during the winter and there are really some good ski resorts. The best are Borovets, Bansko, Pamporovo and the slopes on Vitosha (that's the mountain near the capital city of Bulgaria - Sofia). The resorts in Bulgaria are not expensive, you can afford pretty much everything. They are a fantastic choice for NYE, because they organise lovely dinners. The nature in Bulgaria is pretty amazing, the people are also really friendly.
