I mean looked at it. A judge who will give the kids to k-fed's custody would be
a: girl/gay
b: had sex with him
c: Likes big d****
and d: totally insane with disturbing behaviour...
I don't think he wants the kids because he never took care of them because he always wants to party like hell but i believe britney loved their children, i mean she wouldn't give a chance to k-fed due to her unexpected pregnancy, you know.

brit will end up with the kids she is the money maker, k-fed or whatever his name is should get a life, and a job, he is not a rapper he sux. the judge should order him to not reproduce anymore he cannot take care of his babies.

the only reason he wants the kids is as a bargaining tool. Since they have a pre-nup if he gets the kids he also gets child support. Or she may ask him to not ask for custody in exchange for money.
The only thing I care a little about in this is that the kids are not thrown in the middle. they'll grow up to hate them both.
