Um. . . any type of raw meat, steaks and burgers SHOULDN'T be cooked rare if you're going to eat them. Seafood is something that isn't necessarily but can be harmful so just don't eat a lot of it. Alchol and drugs, even many over the counter medicines should be consulted by a doctor first. You should watch out for how much Caffine you take in that can be harmful. The usual things really high in sugar, and salt should be eaten only occasionally.

Stay away from tilefish swordfish or any kind of fish known to have high levels of mercury. Meat must be well done...don't eat sushi either. If you eat deli meats you have to heat it until you see steam to kill bacteria. Don't take in a lot a caffine. The occasional cola or cup of coffee is ok. Drink PLENTY of water, milk(or soy milk) and orange juice(folic acid is very important for the baby's development). Get plenty of fiber(constipation is very common in pregnant women). Eat lots fruits and veggies and take your prenatals everyday. Oh, and cut back on sugar intake(candy, cake, cookies etc) the normal weight gain for pregnant women is 25-35lbs. Oh yeah and eat small meals every 3 hours because if you wait to long to eat in between meals you will get sick. Oh and one more thing stay away from foods that are not pasturized...you didn't get a list of things of what you can and cannot eat from your doctor?

When you're pregnant, you should avoid some food. These foods can cause food-borne illnesses, which can be life-threatening to an unborn baby and may cause birth defects or miscarriage. Foods you'll want to steer clear of include:
soft, unpasteurized cheeses (often advertised as "fresh") such as feta, goat, Brie, Camembert, and blue cheese
unpasteurized milk, juices, and apple cider
raw eggs or foods containing raw eggs, including mousse and tiramisu
raw or undercooked meats, fish, or shellfish
processed meats such as hot dogs and deli meats (these should be well-cooked)
fish that are high in mercury, including shark, swordfish, king mackeral, or tilefish

Rather than taking advice from the morons on these boards, perhaps you should actually take the health of your baby seriously and visit helpful sites such as:
