Yes -- there are all sorts of reasons why a divorce will be granted, including infidelity. So if the baby is NOT the husband's -- then the judge could possibly also order a Paternity Test for AFTER the birth to have the DNA Evidence to confirm the self-confession of the Baby's Mother.

omg girl i am so sorry you poor thing i know the feeling of not wanting to be with the man of my baby he probly is a d!ck and yes the judge better grant you what u want or get you a really good lawyer and fight to the end oh! ... and get some evidence pictures letters ect of why you want the divorce keep it secret ppl talk and there goes ur cover some ppl love to see others doing bad it somehow makes their life better

Yes, in most states it takes 2 to marry but only one to divorce. If she wants a divorce, she will get it. It's all the other stuff that gets sticky. Good luck

I don't know why a judge wouldnt grant the divorce. I don't think pregnancy matters in that issue

I'm confused......you said A pregnant WOMEN. Is it one woman or more than one woman? And just a thought--I wouldn't worry about what a judge thinks. I'd worry more about the judgment you're going to get when you die. What are you thinking, getting pregnant by somebody else while you're married??
