Some good colors that compliment Greeny brown would also have to be green or brown, tan, purple, white or smokey grey. If you are looking for a solid color you should use liquid, if you are looking for a shaded color you should use pencil because it blends better. Its also better to look online for the shape of your eyes and apply shadow accordingly. Its good to play around with it for a while to determine what you like best. One solid shade will make your eyes look heavy, so do a few complimentary colors and blend them. I use black liquid eyeliner under my eyes and white on the top lid, around the top of the lid on the outside i do pink or tan, and on the inside I use white/tan. This makes my eyes look brighter and more open. Here are some links that might help you out:

I have the same eye-color, and i love wearing gold and bronze shades on my lids. try hip loreal eye-color duo in saucy. both shades are amazing but especially the lighter one, and since they're highly pigmented, a little goes a long way. Also, shiseido makes these eye-color pots called hydro-powder...i love gold lights! They're a little expensive but last forever. its good on its own or over another color. for liner, you cant go wrong with a black/kohl color. i don't buy pencils, but prefer powder. to use, slightly moisten a q-tip and blot in color, then apply to the inner rim of your bottom lid. it takes some practice, but the results are great. i also think this technique lasts longer than pencil applications. hope this helps and good luck!!

Buy Al-may intense eye color for green eyes. I think black or brown eye liner would look good though. You can buy it at walmart that is what I use.

almay makes a line of cosmetics that let you match up your eye color and they tell you exactly what eyeliner shadow and lip color to use to make them pop.
