Like for example say u juss read a sentence... most people dont remember what they red about! u no?

I think if it's important to you , you remember it better. If it's not important to you it just doesn't stick with you.

Basically, you forget things you don't think is important enough to remember. Honestly. Besides, you only have 3 to 7 seconds to encode something in your brain, so by the time you read one paragraph, you may have only encoded 1-2 sentences in.

Way too many things going on in our lives. People are thinking more about what they have to do in a few hours or tomorrow or next week.

Too many things on peoples mind. For me it's hard to divide your brain to seperate focus
