I've seen it a few times. I just watched it last night. I think everyone who's seen that movie has cried while watching it. It is so sad, and so real. The acting is great, especially the guy who played Jesus. I give it 100 out of 10 stars, although I would've liked to see more of the Resurrection. That movie makes me want to be a better christian. He went through so much pain for us. And what Jesus went through in real life is probably even worse than what you see in the movie.
What did you think of it?

Very Passionate haha. It reaffirmmed my faith when I thought I lost it. I think it did that for millions of people who saw it. I cried so hard the first time I saw it. That movie is one of the best, not because it's a good movie, but because it shows how much suffering Jesus truely went through for us.

I have seen the Passion of The Christ. I own it on DVD. I totally enjoyed the movie I too gave it 100 out 10 stars. I think Mel Gibson did an awesome job on the movie and I am glad that I own it.
The guy that Played Jesus his initials are J.C. and he is 33 , that was the same age of Jesus when Jesus Died

I laughed all the way through the last half of the movie. The laughing was caused by Satan uncovering a demon baby that I dubbed "Kid Creepy." That totally took me out of the movie. It only got worse when Judas was catching the silver coins and they shot like the scene like The Matrix. Stop camera, spin camera, and slow time down. Also, Jesus was nailed to the cross by his hands which would have been impossible because it could not support his weight. You would have to be nailed at the wrists. Also, Jesus healed all his wounds but not his nailed hands. That did not make sense. One last thing, are we to believe Jesus is running around naked? He did not have any clothes on when he was leaving. At least Obi-Wan had clothes on when he became a spirit.

That's the only movie I watched that I cried in almost 3/4 of the scenes. I didn't really like the movie by Mel Gibson coz he's a freak and the story didn't emphasize on the salvation but I cried because Jesus suffered extremely and died for us.

I saw it once. I thought it was pretty good. I'd give it 7 out of 10 stars.

Hollywood does know how to stir up the emotions and make it very dramatic! But I don't know that I'd want to watch it again, unless there was really nothing else on TV...and it was raining so I couldn't go outside...and I was home alone, so I couldn't play cards with anyone.

Glad it's having a positive impact on you, though!

I graduated from Bethany (perhaps you've heard of it) in Louisiana, and I was pretty desensitized to the crucifixion story because I heard it so many times that it didn't feel real. Not that I didn't believe it, but you know what I mean...

Watching the movie made the story real to me. I cried for so long after seeing it. I felt so humbled and so blessed that Jesus made that sacrifice for me.

I saw it on cable a few months ago and found it to be the most emotional of all of the movies about Christ. Maybe coming in second to King of Kings for me. You practically felt every painful thing he went through! It is one movie that will stay with you for awhile.

there is not something you are able to truly do different than attempt to open up the reality approximately God to her. the enthusiasm is an extremely good action picture, and he or she will have the potential to in basic terms get it if she is conscious the reality in the back of the entire action picture. Why Chirst died.. the affection that touched the universe along with his sacrifice. I have been given watch an interview with Jim Caveizel as we talk. He become at my church!! the guy that performs Jesus interior the action picture, and he has long previous by numerous trials ever through fact. The devil actually tried to kill him throughout the time of the filming. even with the undeniable fact that it has blessed tens of millions of human beings. human beings dont understand the works of God through fact we've been fed on with self righteousness and delight for way too long. The devil merely looks up and laughs on the human beings following him immediately into the pit of hell. some human beings snigger good alongside with him yet its in basic terms through fact they have no CLUE what the hell (actually) is waiting for them.. clocks are ticking. human beings die known with out accepting Christ as their savior. They dont think of approximately gosh.. what if Im incorrect? no there is not any such factor. Im not incorrect. God is incorrect. The maker of your physique, ideas and soul is incorrect?? you realize how tiny we are in his eyes? you realize how small the earth is in his sight. He wouldnt even could develop a finger, merely say the be conscious and this international and each guy or woman in it would die instaintly. human beings think of they're all that. choose others, youre greater effective than them. artwork artwork artwork. that each physique you reside for besides. those are the lies that the prevalent public human beings stay in in this earth. Its so puzzling for human beings to have faith. devil steals time from human beings. daily is going with the help of. and that they are nearer to the day they're going to die. And while Chirst comes, unquestionably all and sundry WILL SEE HIM. Then they're going to have faith, yet its going to be waaaay too previous due.

I think it focused too much on his death. I enjoy the teachings and ideas of Jesus not the horrific way he was tortured and died. I have only seen that movie once and it will stay that way.
