I can tell you that Mike Tobin wrote an article about the Bureau of Workers Compensation ex executive describing a condo deal the title is "BWC ex-exec describes condo deal." It was published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer on November 11, 2006 on Page B1 and continued on page B4. A quote says, "Gasper, 59, told jurors that from 1997 through 2005, he used his position as chief financial officer to make Lewis and O'Neil rich through managing part of the BWC's $19 million portfolio."
