There is nothing wrong with eating spicy or sour foods. They won't hurt the baby. With my oldest, I craved chili - a lot. You need to eat whatever you can until your tummy settles down. Good luck sweetie and God Bless you new little one.

Sour fruits are good for the sour, and for the spicy I would try and not over do it because of heart burn and citrus can give you heartburn to if you take too much just eat crackers for a little while then try and eat what you crave.

Christians does no longer have an entire month. the closest subject is the time earlier Easter, while many people cut back out each and all of the particular treats they regularly enable themselves.. while Easter comes they pig out on chocolate. The bible talks approximately fasting and praying. Many severe Christians who study the bible and spot which will choose for to bypass on a rapid for an afternoon or on a similar time as long as a month. a competent pal of mine purely had fruit and vegetable juices for a month. My church at present promoted an afternoon of fasting and prayer - it grew to become into meant to be a 24 hour subject and that they could harm the fast collectively at 9pm. i did no longer bypass, yet i think of that the belief of fasting and praying is quite firmly interior the Christian custom. fairly once you're severe approximately praying and are apprehensive approximately something. or prefer to coach your dedication.
