Is it just me or is deal or no deal starting to become THE most annoying programme on the box. Its not even the way the game works, but the way in which noel bloody edmunds makes it out to be so much more than randomly choosing a box. aaarrrgggghhh!

I stare with grim fascination at Noel's hair. I really think it should be preserved by English Heritage for the benefit of future generations. It is a homage to style over substance...and in the back of my mind I have this fear that he is planning a new series of Noel's House Party. I warn people constantly but no one listens. I feel like Winston Churchill going on about Hitler - and did they listen to him?

Certainly not you. I thought we'd killed off stupid game - as opposed to quiz - shows. There's no mental agility or even ability required to watch the show and I really hate the way that voiceover woman sounds so happy and delighted when she says 'but all calls will be charged' before the breaks and you just know when Noel says 'Please, don't let this be the £250,000/quarter of a million box', it's going to be just that because Noel's just jinxed it. I wish that he'd let Jon Culshaw do the entire anniversary show himself. That would have been great! BRING BACK FIFTEEN TO ONE NOW!

There was an episode where a newly married woman's husband was stationed in Iraq, and he talked to her through the camera. He said don't go again, and then when she said pretty-please, he said pick (whichever number, I forget) but she went against him and picked the high cash number off the board. That marriage will last...

And who is the guy who sits up in the booth and pretends to be a banker? He's got to be boooored.

I watched it once and couldnt stand it. I sometimes have the t.v. on purely in the background, and even then when it came on I had to change the channel. Major yawn!!!! Mind you, I could make a recording of it, it would come in handy for the nights when I cant get to sleep. heh! :o)

I'm Noels "Love child".

He's just missunderstood. It's a pretty funny show, in a ridiculous way.

You either love it, or hate it.

Kinda like my dad.

yeah pretty much. I think that it has a bit of "funnyness" because the way people act about stupid things. they are all screaming and stuff. I think that the game itself is stupid, but watching all the people make idiots of themselves, thats comedy at its best!

I watched the first episode for ten minutes and was ready to cut my throat with boredom.
