You can still have a period when you are pregnant. But most of the time your period stops. I thought I was pregnant like 6 times before I really was. I think it was just me kinda wanting to be pregnant if you know what I mean. Each time I thought I was or I was late I would take a test. The test would come back neg and I swear I would usually start my period that day. I think the worrying and stress and stop your period. I would guess your not if you started. It is unsual to have a period after becoming pregnant. Birth control makes it to where your pregnancy most likely wont progress though. So if you are not worried about getting pregnant and would be ok with it if it just "happened" then I would get off birth control.

No your not necessarily pregnant if you miss your period while on the pill. Sometimes (for me quiet freqently) I don't have a period while I'm on the pill. There is not enough lining in the uterus to slough off. So don't freak out if you skip your period while on the pill. However, you may or may not have a period when your pregnant. Some woman do during the first trimester others don't. Normally you don't have one. I would suggest after you missed your start date to take a home pt.

You may or may not have a period if you get pregnant while not on the pill, however I would think bleeding on the pill is more normal.

Take a test, being on the pill will not effect the results.

I got pregnant on the pill when they changed my brand to the generic. They said it was all the same. HA!
Take a test.
Good Luck
